Permits and HOA Review
We submit plans to the building department and to your HOA design committee when your community requires it.
Ordering Long Lead Items
Custom cabinets and premium appliances are ordered early so they arrive when the room is ready.
Build
Demolition, plumbing and electrical rough in, inspections, cabinets, stone, and finishes. We keep the work area contained.
Reveal and Walkthrough
We walk the finished kitchen with you, fix any punch list items, and hand over warranty details.
